Our restaurant
The restaurant is a key part of the Nou Racó complex, a renovated classic that combines tradition and avant-garde, offering traditional flavors with a different presentation.
Appetizers, rice dishes, meats, seafood, fish, homemade desserts and cocktails constitute a sign of identity in our creations. The seal of Valencia is printed on the dishes, in the rooms, in the gardens, in the views and in the location, being the only one located within the lake of the Albufera natural park.
It has a great offer for families thanks to its children’s menu and the park where the little ones enjoy free entertainment for customers every weekend and on holidays.

Starting on the night of San Juan, we usually open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for dinner by the lake, enjoying the wonderful sunset and live music.

At Nou Racó we are specialists in paellas and rice dishes. We prepare our Valencian paellas over firewood in our paellero as tradition dictates.

Children’s entertainment included every weekend and holidays for our clients IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO COVID MEASURES. We have a large outdoor playground.
